Time and structure of deliberation in bioethics
Abstract
Reception: October 15, 2015 Accepted: January 11, 2016 This paper tackles different ways of disagreeement which can be seen in clinical ethics, considering the brevity of time to resolve differences. Thus, three alternative solutions are provided according to Jonsen’s casuistry proposal, Hottois’s pragmatist alternative and Bordes’s consideration of interests.References
